How can items be personalised?

All of our prints can be personalised with up to 50 characters of text, our personalisation process is simple, simply add your custom message into the free text field and select 'Yes' in the Personalisation drop down box.

 

Personalisation costs just £5 and will be added to the cost of your product. If you would like one of our other items personalised or have any questions please get in touch and we will be happy to work with you.

Do you have more information about your frames?

Our frames are made from wood with Perspex - which we have chosen for a safer finish.

Please explain the order process?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details. You will then receive a second email once your item has been dispatched containing tracking information and an estimated arrival time.

Help I haven't received my order?

All items are sent tracked and we will send you the tracking number once your item has been dispatched so you can follow it's progress to your door! 

 

We are happy to support the Royal Mail as our chosen postal service and whilst they do a great job, occasionally items are left at local delivery centres without a 'while you were out' card being left. If you haven't received your item within 15 working days please check with your local Post Office, if the item cannot be traced pleased get in touch with us.
