UK Standard Delivery

The majority of our orders are made and dispatched within two working days.

Items are then dispatched using Royal Mail Signed For First Class delivery. From the day of order items should therefore be with you within 1 - 5 working days. If we think your item may be delayed we will contact you.

UK Express Delivery

The majority of our orders are made and dispatched within two working days.

Items are then dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will arrive the following working day by 1pm. From the day of order items should therefore be with you within 1 - 3 working days. If we think your item may be delayed we will contact you.

International Delivery

We can deliver to you across the world.

We use Royal Mail for our international deliveries, orders are usually made and dispatched within two working days. We find that orders then arrive quickly, typically reaching you within 7 working days from dispatch. Customs fees or duties may be payable upon the arrival of your order so please check before you order as we can not be held responsible for these.

Returns

To return your item please contact us stating your name and order number along with the reason for your return. We will come back to you with a return address within 1 working day.

You can return your item to us within seven working days following the day we send you the return address. We cannot accept returns of personalised items unless they are damaged or faulty. We recommend you use a signed-for postal service, with proof of posting and returns must be sent at your expense in the same condition that they were received.
